Local Conservative Future members have pledged money to help the cyclone-hit nation of Burma at their annual 'Questions With Julie Kirkbride' session.
At the event, held on Friday 9th May, Bromsgrove MP Ms Kirkbride answered questions on a variety of political issues put forward by enthusiastic local youngsters.
Bromsgrove Conservative Future Chairman Russell Bennett said, "the issue of Burma and the associated relief aid was a hot topic of discussion. Due to the overwhelming support for the disaster, donations by both the panel and audience were well received."
The total pledge has been donated via the Disasters and Emergencies Committee
