Conservative Future raise money for Burma

Local Conservative Future members have pledged money to help the cyclone-hit nation of Burma at their annual 'Questions With Julie Kirkbride' session.

At the event, held on Friday 9th May, Bromsgrove MP Ms Kirkbride answered questions on a variety of political issues
put forward by enthusiastic local youngsters.

Bromsgrove Conservative Future Chairman Russell Bennett said, "the issue of Burma and the associated relief aid was a hot topic of discussion. Due to the overwhelming support for the disaster, donations by both the panel and audience were well received."

The total pledge has been donated via the Disasters and Emergencies Committee

Brosmgrove CF Summer Party

Although the CF Summer Ball has sadly been cancelled, we are holding a smaller-scale party in Bromsgrove on the 7th September.

We're going for pizza in Pizza Hut and then rolling on to the pub afterwards for some drinks. Everyone is welcome, just let us know if you want to come along.
